We are an over 7 years old Cafe, coffee roaster, coffee bar and bakkery, located in Sausalito, CA. We work as one big family where everyone has his own place to serve, we roast our own coffee, bake our own treats

Café

We serve only fresh and organic food, all our food is brought daily from the local farmers market, to be prepared by the hands of our amazing chefs.

Coffee

Our coffee is very uniqe, since we start it from the very begining, we buy the green beans, then we roast them in our own way,to be processed by our super barista.

Bakery

with the fabulous varity of our daily baked items, you are going to wonder, Which one to have first!

I've been working on Food industry for over 20 years, and then I came up with the idea of colecting all my experince at one plce in which I can share with my family and the world, and that is how Cibo came a life.

One of my passions is creating rich, wholesome foods from absolute scratch. Whenever I’ve found an opportunity to learn and master the ‘old world’ method of making something, I go ‘all in’! I can make, and teach you to make, a wide variety of things you might never consider trying to make otherwise. At any given time, you might find me making fresh cheeses from raw milk and live cultures, or rich, delicious chocolate starting with the cocoa beans themselves.
